Pink and White Diamond set Black Pearl Pendant
This was a great piece to design and make for John, he wanted to surprise his wife on their 15th wedding anniversary and came to me to design something special for her.
We decided to use a Black Tahitian Pearl as the main stone for the pendant, and then we accented it with a combination of white and pink diamonds, mostly to contrast the colours in the pearl as they ranged from dark greens to blacks to greys, so we both felt this would really help to bring out the colours with the contrast.
3.20ct Fancy Yellow Diamond with White Diamond Surround Pendant
This piece was made for a lucky lady who inherited this magnificent yellow diamond.
The diamond has been in her family for a generation and she was the second person to own it so she really wanted to create something special. She is a very contemporary lady who enjoys a slightly abstract edge to her style, hence the minimal design.
We set the yellow diamond in some mirror polished yellow gold so that we could really get the best colour out of it, then we created an abstract arabesque shape, which we then added some white diamonds to so that we could bring more sparkle to the pendant when she moved around, especially with the diamonds in the angled section of the top of the arabesque.
20.57ct Royal Amethyst surrounded with 2.00ct of white diamonds
This piece was made for a lady who loves big things and rich colours.
This ring is set with a 20.57ct Royal Amethyst and then surrounded with 2.00ct of white diamonds.
The Amethyst is called a Royal because of its intensity and depth of colour. In fact it was quite dark compared to most Amethysts but when we put the diamonds around it and down the shoulders of the band, it really started to lift, and you can see through the middle of the stone that the colour is significantly different to the outside. This is because the light coming through the centre of the stone is brighter from the diamonds surrounding it.
Parti Sapphire 5.83cts
This is one of my favourite pieces, primarily because it uses an Art Deco technique to surround the Parti Sapphire with diamonds of varying sizes, largest at the centre of the bottom and then the smallest at the centre of the top.
The Parti Sapphire is 5.83cts in weight and the total diamond weight in the piece is slightly under 1.00cts. This was an anniversary gift from an amazing guy, who is always buying jewellery for his wife, whether it be for her birthday or anniversary. A Parti Sapphire is called that because of the mix of both Australian blue and green colours throughout the sapphire, it is a great mix to look at especially in such a vibrant stone like the one you see here, it really has what we call “presence”.

Testimonials
Many thanks for your help in designing an engagement ring for my new fiancé. You made what could have been a very stressful time that little bit easier.
My girlfriend is quite fussy and the proposal was to be a surprise. I really appreciated how you were able to meet me after hours at my workplace to show me diamonds and talk about different designs. I am happy you were able to transfer my ideas into a beautiful design that she loved.
I am also very impressed that you followed up to make sure the proposal went smoothly and the ring was the right size. We are also amazed at how quickly you were able to resize the ring so it fitted perfectly.
The ring is of the best quality and design and everyone we show is impressed by the workmanship. We have already started to direct our friends to Eskae for their jewellery needs and we will definitely be back for our wedding rings!
Thanks again
